Some people are of opinion that these workouts may be harmful as there is always a probability of risk involved in doing it. There may be dehydration due to these workouts and that may be fatal sometimes.

Sometimes, it may also result in temporary or permanent disability. At the young age it may hamper the natural growth of a kid. But these are actually baseless claims though there is always a risk involved in these workouts. But it is quite simple to understand that people usually do it with the help of a trainer and there is always a strength training program well designed to suit the need of a particular person.

But one should always be careful about the precautions that are critical for one’s safety. First of all, these workouts should be done keeping in view of the sustainability of the body. A person should get himself examined before going for theses exercises. Secondly, Overstrain on the muscles is not good for the physiological well being. The repetitions of one set of exercise should be done keeping in view of the load one lifts and the load adjustment should be directly proportional to the capability of the doer. If you keep all these points in your mind you will have quicker and better results.
