Fat Burning Workouts

Fat burning workouts involves almost all major body muscles. The workouts include aerobic, slow and long duration exercises.  Moreover low intensity cardio exercises are also good fat burning workouts. All these workouts burn a good percentage of fat and calories in the body. Most important fat burning workouts are running, jogging, walking cycling, and swimming and elliptical exercise trainer exercises. To burn the most of the fat burning workouts are done at a low pace and for long duration. And the residual impact of these workouts benefits the body system resulting in a fit and healthy body. These workouts the body metabolism and help burn extra calories. If the fat burning workouts are done regularly and systematically they help secrete more fat burning enzymes. And it is not very difficult to increase the secretion of more fat burning enzymes as just 20 or 30 minutes’ workouts help develop this capacity. It also develops fitness and so the duration of workouts or the session of exercises can be easily increased. At least 3 days in a week should be devoted to the fat burning workouts which ay be increased to 5 days. There are some exercise machines that are also helpful in fat burning. Number of repetitions

The number of repetitions in the fat burning workouts depends on the endurance. This number is not something fixed and it can be increased as per the capacity. Moreover its target should be large muscle groups. Generally the number of repetitions should be 10 to 15 and there should be reasonable gap between the different sets of the workouts. There are three fat burning workouts known to be most effective in fat burning. These are walking lunges with the dumbbells, dumbbell lunges and power cleans.

Some tips for fat burning

First, the fat burning workouts should be done on the empty pocket. In other words there should be a gap of four hours between the lunch or breakfast and the workout time. Second, some cardio workouts should be done before any fat burning workouts. Thirdly, nothing should be eaten at least for two hours after the fat burning exercises.
